2. Conditions for Exchange or Return For the request to be accepted, it is necessary that:
- The product is in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and included items;
-It shows no signs of misuse, physical damage, or tampering;
-It is accompanied by the invoice.
3. Defective Products
-If the product is defective:
.The customer must contact us within 30 days (non-durable products) or 90 days (durable products) after receipt;
.The item will be analyzed and, if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, it may be:
Replaced with a new one;
Repaired;
Refunded, according to the customer's preference and availability.
4. Reasons for Exchange-Exchanges can be made in the following cases:
